We understand how important quality and customer satisfaction are. That’s why we ensure every order meets our strict quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective T-shirt, we’ve got your back.

Damaged Product? We’ll Replace It.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@dhruvsWhite.com within 4 days of receiving the product. Attach clear, high-quality photos showing the damage.
Our return team will perform a thorough quality check, and if approved, we’ll ship a fresh replacement T-shirt to you as soon as possible.

Why We Don’t Offer Returns

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

1. Hygiene & Quality Assurance:
   Once a premium Whyte T-shirt is tried and returned, we do not reship it. Every customer receives a brand new, untouched, and freshly packed T-shirt.
2. Global Shipping Limitations:
   As we ship globally from India, returning a product internationally is often inconvenient and expensive for both customers and our team.

We are so confident in our product’s premium quality, comfort, and fit, that returns are rarely needed.
